Your health and fitness journey doesn't need to end when the classes end. We offer continued support and guidance to help you with thing like your nutrition and additional exercise/ lifestyle changes that you can make. Just speak to one of your trainers for more information.
The class starts off with a 3 minute warm Up to increase heart rate and blood pressure including star jumps , jumping Lunges, butt kicks etc ( this can be modified for any injuries and fitness levels if needed)
Followed by 4 exercises without the kettlebell to practise technique and prevent injury.
The main part of the class includes 27 exercises with a kettlebell. Every exercise is a minute long and is explained and demonstrated.
Towards the end of the class we do 5 core exercises on the mats to work abdominal muscles And do a cool down at the end with a variety of different stretches to reduce heart rate and prevent lactic acid build up in the muscle to support and aid recovery.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels, you can go at your own pace and take a break when needed.
We have 2 classes running at the moment.
Sky's Class on a Sunday 9:30 am every Sunday at Dickleburgh Village hall.
Or Martins Class on a Tuesday evening at 6:30 Pm at Roydon Village hall.
Both cost only £6 per class
